Not everyone can run a free bingo. In many situations, a license is required in order to run a bingo game. There may be restrictions on the prize amount. There may be requirements for the equipment.  Bingo is supposed to be a fair free casino games. This means that each number has the same chance of being selected as every other number. The balls must be equally weighted for this to occur. There may be special rules and regulations applying to ticket sales.
