Bingo is a form of internet gambling that falls into the category of a lotto type game.  It is easy to learn and play and is based strictly on luck and chance, and not on skill and strategy. It is generally considered to be a friendly and social game. Many people go to play bingo in a brick and mortar establishment as much for the socialization aspects and for the game playing aspects. Since the game is not mentally demanding, people can sit and visit with the other players while they are checking their cards and covering their numbers.

There is the cost of buying the cards and paying the entry fee in addition to travel expenses. Even so, the cost is not prohibitive – most people can afford to pay for their bingo playing. Some might not be able to play as much as they would like on their pensions, but they can play at least once or twice a week. The game is competitive in that each casino gambling player is playing to be the first to complete the pattern. But it is not a cut throat kind of competition.  Players are still friendly and help one another. So even if the game is based on competition, it is a friendly good-natured kind of competition that allows people to relax and enjoy themselves. A few hours of bingo are not expensive enough to hurt the player financially so the players should just sit back and have a good time.
